Production Leader- 12 hours Rotation Shift- East

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Production / Line Leader to lead daily production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. You will supervise a small team of operators, monitor production output, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Assign work and monitor the performance of production operators.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved with minimal downtime.
• Conduct daily shift briefings and handovers.
• Train, coach, and mentor production operators on work instructions and best practices.
• Monitor production output and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Escalate production issues and work with Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to resolve them.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, EHS regulations, quality standards, and 5S practices.
• Support manpower planning and workflow optimization.
• Prepare daily production reports and update operational records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a production team in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, computer hardware, EMS, semiconductor, or precision engineering is preferred.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a small team of production operators.
• Familiar with production processes, quality standards, and Lean/5S practices.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
