About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Retail & E-Commerce Executive to lead our retail operations while supporting our online business activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing inventory, and contributing to marketing and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail operations and customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, stock tracking, and stock replenishment.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer support.
• Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks.
• Manage and update the company website.
• Support social media marketing activities and content creation.
• Participate in videos and promotional content when required.
• Assist in planning and executing events and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate online-related matters to support business operations.

Requirements

• Confident in speaking with customers and building relationships.
• Comfortable appearing in videos and promotional content.
• Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Able to manage website updates and online activities.
