Associate Manager, Digital Operations (Web & Digital Marketing) | Up to $5,500 | 1-Year Contract

Location: Mapletree Business City (10-minute walk / 1 bus stop from Labrador Park MRT)

Employment: 1-Year Contract

Salary: Up to $5,500/month

• Monday – Friday

• Office Hours

• Lead the planning, production, and optimisation of marketing websites, landing pages, and campaign microsites

• Coordinate with content, design, and web development teams to deliver digital marketing projects on schedule

• Ensure websites follow SEO, accessibility, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices

• Manage marketing automation campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring strategies

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise marketing automation initiatives

• Develop and manage marketing attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness across channels

• Analyse marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI

• Create dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs and funnel performance

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, analytics, and external vendors to deliver successful digital initiatives

• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across marketing operations
