About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale business transformation initiative within the financial services sector. This role will oversee a complex regulatory and business change program involving multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, and governance forums.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, managing key risks and dependencies, and providing executive-level reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-profile transformation program.
• Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track.
• Drive alignment across business, operations, risk, compliance, and other stakeholder groups.
• Act as the central point of escalation for program-related issues and decision-making.

Regulatory & Governance Management

• Oversee regulatory engagement activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, including steering committees and working groups.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure decisions, actions, and risks are appropriately documented and tracked.

Risk & Operational Oversight

• Maintain program-level RAID logs and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Identify interdependencies across workstreams and drive timely resolution.
• Support business continuity by ensuring operational considerations are embedded within program delivery.
• Monitor program progress and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Requirements

Essential Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, or Business Analysis.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale strategic initiatives from inception through completion.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and steering committees.
• Strong understanding of regulatory change programs and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business environments and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Financial services or banking industry experience.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, legal entity restructuring, or enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements within Singapore and broader regional markets.
• Exposure to programs involving regulatory approvals, operational readiness, and business migration activities.
