Senior Ecommerce Operations Product Manager

Job Description

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the relevant e-commerce operations domain/systems landscape to inform product decisions

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating business goals into a clear, prioritised plan

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including UX and underlying system/technical logic

• Lead the design and development of features that address key business needs, transitioning manual or offline processes into scalable, systematic solutions

• Define e-commerce product metrics, user journeys, and evaluation frameworks to track performance and guide iteration based on data insights and user feedback

• Drive alignment across business, operations, and technical teams to ensure solutions balance automation/efficiency with quality and human oversight where needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A master’s degree is advantageous but not required.

• Minimum 4 years of full-time working experience, excluding internships and part-time working experience, in technical product management, technical program management, or analytics-heavy product experience

• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities and data-driven decision-making mindsets

• Good interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members

• Adaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment

• Frequent user of AI tools
