Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will partner closely with the HR Manager to strengthen the Group's people strategy, leadership capability, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness across all business entities. While the HR Manager oversees day-to-day HR operations and compliance, this role will focus on strategic HR initiatives and stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership Partnership & Business Partnering

• Act as the trusted HR advisor to business leaders across the Group.
• Coach managers on people management, difficult conversations and team effectiveness.
• Participate in management meetings and provide HR insights on business decisions.
• Influence leadership behaviours that align with company culture and values.

2. Talent Management

• Design succession planning and talent review frameworks.
• Identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.
• Lead performance calibration discussions.

3. Organisation Development

• Facilitate organisational design and workforce planning.
• Drive change management initiatives.

4. Leadership Development

• Develop management training programmes.
• Coach first-time managers and department heads.
• Facilitate leadership workshops.
• Build management capability across all Group companies.

5. Employee Experience & Engagement

• Drive employee engagement surveys and action plans.
• Lead culture initiatives and employer branding.
• Improve employee communication.
• Support retention strategies.

6. Strategic HR Projects

Lead Group-wide initiatives such as:

• HR Transformation
• Digital HR
• HR Analytics
• Employer branding
• Graduate programmes
