Key Responsibilities

• Support the laboratory team with daily operational and workflow activities.
• Assist in specimen collection, processing, and preparation for laboratory testing.
• Perform phlebotomy duties when required while maintaining a professional standard of patient care.
• Verify patient information accurately and uphold strict confidentiality at all times.
• Liaise with clinical teams to clarify laboratory requests and ensure timely specimen processing.
• Communicate laboratory test information accurately in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to facilitate efficient laboratory operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology (CPT), Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or a related discipline and above.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented with strong accuracy when handling data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work in the Central area.
