Freelance Florist & Studio Assistant

Love creating with flowers? You’ll be part of bringing our floral experiences to life across events, retail, workshops and installations, on a project basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and condition flowers and foliage
• Create floral arrangements for retail orders, corporate gifting, and seasonal drops
• Support floristry setup, logistics, workshops and event operations
• Help maintain studio cleanliness and organisation
• Assist with ad-hoc floral or styling needs as required

Requirements

• Passion for flowers, design, able to carry heavy load, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty
• Brings a thoughtful approach to work, with a willingness to support the team, take initiative, and follow instructions with care
• Adaptable, comfortable with changing schedules, tasks, and fast-paced environments across events, workshops, and studio work
• Have flexible availability across weekdays and weekends, depending on project needs
• A creative portfolio is required
• Have some experience with floristry or event setup

Working Arrangement

• Work is scheduled based on upcoming projects and event requirements
• Paid on an hourly basis
