Assistant /Nurse Clinician

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical learning needs and develop training programmes for nursing and care staff.

• Plan, conduct, and evaluate orientation, workshops, and clinical education programmes.

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor staff competency, conduct clinical audits, and support quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide guidance in managing clients with complex care needs and serve as a clinical education resource.

• Develop and update clinical procedures, protocols, and training materials.

• Support community outreach, educational events, and engagement initiatives.

• Prepare training records, budgets, reports, and maintain proper documentation.

• Assist with administrative tasks, data collection, and ensure compliance with organisational policies, including PDPA.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• Registered Nurse with a valid SNB registration.

• Minimum 8 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role with clinical training experience in a nursing home.

• Community or eldercare experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Valid BCLS & AED/CPR certification.

• Able to work occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
