Job Summary

Join Eyes @ Work as an Optician to support customers with eyewear needs while maintaining smooth retail operations and delivering quality service in a friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations and organization of the optical retail shop to ensure smooth functioning
• Clean and care for optical frames to uphold product quality and presentation
• Complete paperwork and administrative tasks accurately to support shop operations
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to meet their eyewear needs
• Fit and dispense eyeglasses to customers, ensuring proper adjustment and comfort
• Note: This role does not involve edging or cutting lenses

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid OOB Opticianary certification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Pre-registered opticians are welcome to apply
• Experience in optical retail is welcome but not required; training and guidance will be provided
