Care Studio & Rehab Manager (Nursing Home)

Responsibilities

• Support organisational development initiatives and strategic growth plans.

• Assist in leading Care Studio and Rehab operations, ensuring alignment with company vision and values.

• Oversee daily operations, manpower planning, resource allocation, and KPI achievement.

• Ensure compliance with MOH licensing, regulatory standards, and internal policies.

• Develop and promote rehabilitation and day care programmes to grow services.

• Lead the care team to deliver high-quality community and home care services.

• Oversee client assessments, care plans, rehabilitation programmes, and service quality.

• Manage client enquiries, feedback, complaints, and operational incidents.

• Build and maintain partnerships to expand business opportunities and client referrals.

• Support recruitment, staff development, coaching, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with PDPA and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Allied Health or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in community or aged care, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of Singapore's ILTC sector, rehabilitation, and person-centred care.

• Experience in quality management, manpower planning, and care centre operations.

• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to think critically, solve problems, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Infocare system knowledge is an advantage.

• Valid BCLS & AED certification preferred.
