Waiter / Waitress 服务员

Job Responsibilities / 工作职责：

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner 以友好和专业的态度迎接和招待顾客
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar 准确记录顾客的餐饮订单并传达至厨房/酒吧
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure customer satisfaction 及时上菜及送饮料，确保顾客满意
• Handle cashiering duties (billing, payment collection, issuing receipts) 负责收银工作（结账、收款、开具收据）
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service 协助摆台及清理餐桌
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area 保持餐厅区域清洁与卫生
• Manage reservations, seat customers, and coordinate table arrangements 负责订位管理、安排座位及协调餐桌安排
• Provide menu recommendations and explain promotions when necessary 向顾客推荐菜单并解释促销活动（如有需要）
• Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations 与团队合作，确保日常营运顺利
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager / Supervisor 完成餐厅经理/主管安排的其他任务

Requirements / 任职要求：

• Experience in F&B service is an advantage; training provided for beginners 有餐饮服务经验者优先；无经验者可提供培训
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills 性格开朗，具备良好沟通能力
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays 能接受轮班、周末及公共假期上班
• Positive working attitude, team player, and service-oriented 工作态度积极，具团队合作精神及服务意识
