We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Sales Promoter (Temporary) to join our Home & Decor segment.

Role Summary

As a Temporary Sales Promoter, you will be the face of ONLEWO for a short-term assignment, introducing customers to our unique range of home and decor products. Your primary goal will be to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and share the inspiring stories behind our heritage-inspired designs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for short-term retail experience or those on a semester break!

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Actively engage with walk-in customers, understand their home styling needs, and promote ONLEWO’s home and decor products to achieve sales targets during your assignment.

• Brand Storytelling: Educate customers on the unique local heritage and design stories behind our fabrics, wallpapers, and lifestyle products.

• Customer Service: Deliver a warm, welcoming, and exceptional shopping experience from greeting to checkout.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and visual appeal of the store or pop-up booth, ensuring products are displayed according to brand guidelines.

• Operations & Inventory: Assist with stocktaking and inventory replenishment.

Requirements

• Availability: Able to commit for the entire temporary period of October - Mid November 2026.

• Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or as a brand promoter is a strong advantage.

• Passionate about interior design, home decor, and Singaporean culture.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently approach and converse with customers.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven with a proactive attitude.

• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, on a rostered basis for the duration of the contract. Being our regular temporary staff will enjoy an increasing base rate for subsequent assignments. We hope to build a long term relationship with our trained and trusted sales promotion team.
