Senior Outreach Executive

We are looking for experienced executives to join our outreach team. The responsibilities include developing and driving initiatives to elevate CSIT’s brand and manage outreach initiatives for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute engagement and outreach programmes for tech recruitment, scholarship and partnerships.
• Ensure smooth implementation, develop publicity material, manage vendors, and evaluate effectiveness of engagement and outreach programmes.
• Maintain and grow networks/partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, commercial companies, academic institutions and Special Interest Groups.

Requirements

• Background in Human Resource, Business Administration, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or any related discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in a recruitment or outreach role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good analytical and planning skills – able to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Able to work independently and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willing to work after office hours and during weekends when required.
• Good understanding of tech recruitment landscape.

As CSIT is an agency under the Ministry of Defence (Singapore), only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
