Support and assist the Security Team including Security Officers (SO), Senior Security Officers (SSO), and Security Supervisors (SS) in daily operations.
Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure adequate security coverage during shifts.
Guide and mentor junior officers in handling security procedures and incident response.
Work closely with team members to maintain a safe and secure retail environment.
Assist the security management team in enforcing company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Provide operational support during emergencies, incidents, crowd control, and special events.
Ensure smooth communication and teamwork between all security personnel and store management.
Monitor staff performance and report operational issues to supervisors or management.
Conduct briefings and relay important operational updates to the security team.
Support training and development of new security officers.
