Assistant Sales

An experienced Sales Supervisor acts as the crucial link between senior management and frontline sales representatives. They are responsible for driving daily sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring that revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Core Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Coaching
Supervise, motivate, and mentor daily activities of the sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, ride-alongs, or call monitoring to provide actionable feedback on sales techniques and customer engagement.
Assist in onboarding and training new sales representatives on product knowledge, objection handling, and CRM workflows.
2. Sales Performance & Target Execution
Monitor individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)—such as conversion rates, call volumes, average deal sizes, and monthly revenue targets.
Implement sales strategies and incentive programs designed by management to drive pipeline growth and close deals faster.
Identify performance gaps and develop tactical action plans to help underperforming team members get back on track.
3. Customer Relationship & Account Management
Act as an escalation point for resolving complex customer inquiries, disputes, or pricing negotiations.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, high-value clients, or strategic partners to drive retention and upselling.
Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and customer pain points to share with upper management and product teams.
4. Operational Support & Reporting
Manage daily floor/team schedules, attendance, and shift coverages to ensure optimal workforce deployment.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasting updates, and pipeline analyses for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and contract terms.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead, senior representative, or supervisory role.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Core Competencies: Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, exceptional negotiation skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis), and sales enablement tools.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to inspire a team under pressure.
