Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business stakeholders.
Support team members in closing high-value deals or resolving client challenges.
Uphold a customer-focused approach in all interactions to boost retention.
Find and sign new B2B corporate clients needing staffing or recruitment solutions.
Pitch permanent, contract, and temporary placement services to company decision-makers.
Negotiate service level agreements (SLAs), pricing, and recruitment placement fees.
Build and manage a steady sales pipeline to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Hire, train, and mentor recruitment sales executives.
Set individual performance KPIs and quotas for team members.
Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and industry demands to adjust pricing strategy.

Partner with the agency's internal recruiter teams to align client hiring needs with candidate pipelines.
Forecast sales metrics and report revenue updates to agency directors
