Key Responsibilities

Marketing – Digital & Traditional

- Plan and manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO.

- Manage SEM and paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, and budget monitoring.

- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and content to support marketing and business objectives.

- Support traditional marketing activities where required.

- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on results.

Client Engagement & Sales

- Research potential clients and understand their business needs.

- Engage prospective clients through a consultative approach and develop professional relationships.

- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to client onboarding.

- Prepare proposals and present AdCendes' services to prospective clients.

- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and provide additional services where relevant.

Project Ownership

- Manage assigned projects from planning through completion.

- Prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects according to deadlines.

- Make appropriate decisions within the scope of assigned responsibilities.

- Monitor project progress and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.

- Work with relevant team members to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Requirements

- Relevant experience or knowledge in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and website fundamentals.

- Experience in client-facing or account management work is an advantage.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Good organisational and project management skills.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
