Circle’s goal is to help make the technology (WiFi, TV, sound systems, lighting blinds, heating systems etc) in our clients homes easier and more enjoyable to use.

Based in picturesque Wanaka we educate homeowners, electricians, builders and architects about the different technologies that are in a home and how good design and installation of networking and control systems can enable this to happen.

About The Role

We are looking for a technician, who is experienced in finding and installing AV/Automation solutions for our clients. You will be someone who loves technology and is always looking for the next new widget. Someone that can problem solve, is innovative and keeps up to date with the latest technology in this industry. Highly attuned to your customers’ needs and able to deliver on time and within budget.

About You

You will bring excellent customer service, enjoy working in a close-knit team, be an effective listener who is attentive to detail. Our team are highly productive individuals who like to get things done. You will strive for continual improvement and bring a solution-based approach to your work. We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

• Loves playing with technology.
• Strong understanding of WiFi / Networking / IT fundamentals.
• Is eager to learn
• Ability to explain technical issues simply and clearly.
• Ideally (but not necessary 3+ years’ experience in either an IT, AV / automation role or a registered electrician looking to move across to the industry.
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills.
• A committed team member
