Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm (1-hour lunch break)

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming calls and assist with appointment and clinic-related enquiries
• Support front desk and daily clinic operations
• Maintain proper filing and documentation within the call centre
• Perform data entry and prepare administrative reports
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned
