Customer Engineer

An exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Engineer who will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of industrial machinery. Ideal candidates will be driven to ensure peak operational performance through technical expertise and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Install and modify industrial machinery and equipment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability.

• Provide technical support and conduct operational training for customers on equipment usage and basic maintenance procedures.

• Implement continuous improvements to machine operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering disciplines.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
