Project Manager – Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to gather insights into workflows, challenges, and areas for enhancement.

• Analyze current systems to pinpoint opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI integration.

• Convert business needs into precise functional and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with delivery teams to design effective solution strategies.

• Directly work with data to support analytics and AI-driven initiatives.

• Contribute to projects involving predictive analytics, workflow optimization, and decision support.

• Prepare, validate, and integrate data into business processes, ensuring accuracy.

• Support applications and data platforms hosted on AWS alongside delivery teams.

• Participate in cloud architecture and configurations, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities within processes and workflows.

• Develop integrations using Power Automate across platforms such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

• Support backend integrations with Node.js, modifying and developing components as needed.

• Collaborate with project managers and development teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and change impact assessments.

• Ensure adherence to security, data governance, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar technical roles.

• Strong background in application services and platform-based solutions.

• Proven hands-on experience with AI, data analytics, cloud technologies, automation, and backend integrations.

• Comfortable working in delivery-driven environments with a focus on achieving outcomes.
