Traffic Controller (Manpower, Transport Planner)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales & Project team for job orders.
• Carry out both planning and coordination for project deliveries.
• Place orders and coordination for third party hires when necessary.
• Assign staff, equipment, and resources to match project demands.
• Monitor fleet maintenance and scheduled servicing to avoid breakdownduring delivery.
• Spot scheduling conflicts early and fix them to avoid delays.
• Revise schedule when necessary.
• Create delivery order based on job input to ensure sales team caninvoice accordingly.
• Track daily workflow and suggest ways to improve time management.

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Proficient use of MS Office - Word / Excel and database applications
