Sports & Recreation Operations

Job Description

• Support the daily operations, cleanliness, safety and upkeep of the Club's sports and recreation facilities, equipment and surrounding areas.
• Monitor facility usage, conduct membership verification checks and ensure compliance with Club rules, policies and safety requirements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of sports tournaments, swimming competitions, recreational activities and Club events.
• Attend to members' enquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall member experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and vendors on maintenance, repair and upgrading works.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and First Aid/AED checks, and support emergency preparedness and workplace safety initiatives.
• Maintain inventory records, equipment, assets, operational documentation and key control.

Requirements

• GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Sports Management, Sports Science or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in personal training, fitness instruction, sports coaching, First Aid, CPR or AED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sports, recreation, fitness or hospitality operations
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to perform shift duties, including weekends and Public Holidays.
