We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations while ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent service delivery. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to medication management processes, operational improvements, and positive patient experiences within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process medication orders accurately while supporting prescription fulfilment activities.
• Facilitate prescription processing and support insurance-related procedures where required.
• Perform medication preparation, filling, packaging, and inventory management activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing of prescriptions and related materials.
• Support inventory monitoring, equipment maintenance, and replenishment of pharmacy supplies.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and collaborate with the team to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct compliance checks and prepare relevant reports to support service standards.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety practices to ensure quality pharmacy operations.
• Provide professional and attentive service throughout interactions with patients and stakeholders.
• Support cost-conscious practices by identifying opportunities for efficient resource utilisation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Organised, responsible, and committed to delivering quality service.
