Senior Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)

Salary: $3500 - $3800

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Timing: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre (Loyang)

Job Scope

  • Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors
  • Keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress (collection, shipping date, arrival date, etc.)
  • Process and prepare shipments within the system and ensure declared permits comply with Singapore Customs regulations
  • Maintain familiarity with regulations for various Singapore Authorities (eg: SFA, NParks, HSA, NEA etc)
  • Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system
  • Report to Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in Air & Sea freight
  • With team leading experience
  • Knowledge of Tradenet and Sysfreight is an added advantage
