Job Scope

• Perform dispatch delivery of items;
• Assist in the planning of daily delivery schedule;
• Ensure that parcels are delivered in the correct conditions;
• Ensure that parcels are delivered to the right recipient (with proof of delivery);
• Help to set up internal delivery route;
• Participate in packing delivery items when required to.
• Assist the facilities team with the movement and relocation of office furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• Support the tracking and inventory of assets during transfers or disposals.
• Help with the setup or dismantling of event spaces or meeting rooms as directed.
• Conduct routine checks on the assigned vehicle (e.g., fuel, tires, oil, lights) to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle defects, maintenance needs, or accidents immediately to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and tidy.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the facilities team for minor maintenance tasks, repairs, or general upkeep of the premises when not engaged in despatch duties.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of common areas and storage facilities.
• Provide ad-hoc transportation for doctors to and from the airport during their business trips.

Requirements

• Min N/O level

• Owns class 2A/2B license
