Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Bartender to prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and drinks, while delivering excellent guest experiences at the bar. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of drinks and a strong interest in bartending and bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area to meet hygiene and safety standards
• Conduct inventory checks and replenish bar supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
• Interact with guests professionally to enhance their bar experience and recommend drinks or specials
• Promote bar specials and seasonal offerings to increase customer engagement
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times
• Perform opening and closing duties to prepare the bar for service and secure it after hours
• Collaborate with team members to support daily bar operations and ensure smooth service flow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic knowledge of drinks and cocktails
• Strong interest in bartending and bar operations
• Prior experience as a bartender or in food and beverage service
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned
