Permanent Warehouse Assistant at Outram, $2,200 – $2,700 (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:​

Provide effective logistics support to the Distribution Department by ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, picking, packing, and organising goods.
• Understand, follow, and comply with established warehouse operation procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, safe, and organised condition.
• Assist with delivery, loading, and unloading of goods to assigned locations when the Delivery Driver is unavailable.
• Participate in annual stock count activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.

Salary

• $2,200 – $2,700

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or related operations is preferred.
• Experience in receiving, checking, picking, packing, and stock handling is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
• Able to perform physical work, including lifting, loading, and unloading of goods.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and inventory records.
• Able to follow work instructions, operational procedures, and safety requirements.
• Basic computer skills for warehouse documentation and inventory records.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Possession of a valid driving licence is preferred.
