Restaurant Manager (Front-of-House Operations)

Exciting Restaurant, Bar & Live Entertainment Concept

Join the opening team of a large new flagship restaurant and entertainment venue with a capacity of up to 300 guests.

The outlet is expected to open between mid-September and early October 2026. The selected candidate must be available to join at least two weeks before the opening for training and preparation. Training may be conducted at the company’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and restaurant operations
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest experience
• Lead, train and motivate the service team
• Work closely with the Head Chef on operational coordination
• Drive sales, revenue growth and upselling initiatives
• Manage outlet costs, P&L performance and inventory
• Plan staff schedules and manpower deployment
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery
• Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Conduct stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with relevant food safety, environmental and liquor-licensing requirements
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene and operational standards
• Participate in pre-opening preparation and training

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field is preferred
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Experience managing a high-volume or multi-concept outlet is advantageous
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Good understanding of P&L, cost control and inventory management
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Singapore F&B regulations and licensing requirements
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to commence at least two weeks before the outlet’s opening
• Open to attending training in Shenzhen, China, if required
