Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR Functions
Handles talent acquisition, employee lifecycle operations, and regional compliance
Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, engineering, and operational roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of specialized talent.
Process local payroll, oversee benefits administration, and manage work pass applications (such as Employment Passes or S Passes) in compliance with regional labor laws.
Serve as the primary point of contact for staff queries, assist with performance appraisal cycles, and support disciplinary or grievance processes.
Track key HR metrics, prepare monthly workforce reports, and coordinate internal engagement or training events.

Minimum Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as HR Operations preferably in Manufacturing Industry.
