Employment: Permanent Part-Time

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 11.30am (3 hours per day)

What You'll Be Doing

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling

• Assist with patient enquiries and provide excellent customer service

• Handle payment collection and cashiering duties

• Prepare consultation rooms and support doctors during clinic sessions

• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation

• Perform general clinic administrative duties and ensure smooth daily operations

• Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned
