Senior Relationship Manager

Join a dynamic team dedicated to building valuable deposit relationships with clients in the MENA region, focusing on tailored financial solutions and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to achieve deposit collection targets, adhering to best practice service standards.

• Develop tailored financial plans based on client profiles, utilizing a solution-driven approach.

• Address customer feedback and concerns by escalating to the Area Head / Head of Wealth Management & Private Banking.

• Maintain and enhance client relationships through proactive communication and in-depth understanding of client transactions and issues.

• Conduct regular monitoring of client portfolios, including quarterly reviews and annual rebalancing.

• Set and achieve sales and revenue targets in collaboration with the Wealth & Private Banking team in MENA countries.

• Ensure compliance with KYC and AML regulations by obtaining and verifying account opening documentation.

• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the proper placement of client deposits.

• Stay updated on market dynamics and trends within regional and global financial markets.

• Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the MENA region, demonstrating a solid track record in business development within private banking.

• Proven ability to attract new business and build strong customer relationships.

• Highly motivated and self-driven, exhibiting entrepreneurial qualities.

• Excellent communication, networking, and sales skills.

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and listening abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
