We are seeking a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organisation’s growth. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the best fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles
• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
