Food Lab Assistant #Pasir Ris

Working Hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Fridays: 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Key Roles

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of NFS food lab and preparation room.

• Manage kitchen equipment and appliances.

• Check gas taps, electrical switches, and ensure knives are securely locked.

• Prepare ingredients (cutting, weighing, packing) for lessons.

• Organise ingredients and equipment; repack into proper storage areas.

• Take a daily stock of perishable food and update the teacher-in-charge.

• Operate kitchen and food science equipment.

• Accept and verify food orders.

• Support NFS teachers in the food lab at all times.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least completed primary school education.

• At least 3 years' relevant experience.
