Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
Analyse business processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Prepare and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery.
Facilitate requirement workshops, manage stakeholder communications, and obtain business sign-offs.
Review functional designs and support system integration activities.
Prepare and coordinate UAT, support users during testing, and work with developers/vendors to resolve defects.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business analysis, system analysis, software implementation, or application support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of IT applications, including SQL, system integration, SDLC, and IT project delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of IT service request management and software development methodologies.
Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
Experience in higher education, government, or enterprise environments is an advantage.
Project management experience is a plus.
