3D Event and Exhibition Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented 3D Exhibition and Event Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the event industry and be well-versed in 3D software such as 3D Studio Max and AutoCAD. As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D designs for events, exhibitions, and other related projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to translate briefs into creative and buildable spatial designs that meet specifications
• Develop impactful 3D concepts for events, exhibitions, and experiential spaces to enhance client presentations
• Produce high-quality 3D visuals for proposals and presentations to effectively communicate design intent
• Coordinate closely with project managers and graphic designers to ensure design alignment and project success
• Support production teams by preparing detailed layouts, drawings, and revisions for event execution
• Propose space planning solutions that fulfill event criteria and optimize venue usage
• Manage your workload independently to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Continuously research and apply current industry trends and best practices to improve design quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in event or exhibition design
• Proficient in 3D software, including 3D Studio Max and AutoCAD, to create detailed spatial designs
• Competent in Adobe Illustrator for layout, line work, and coordination tasks
• Strong understanding of spatial concepts including space, materials, lighting, and scale to inform design decisions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality design outputs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
• Creativity to translate ideas into compelling visual representations
• Ability to perform under tight deadlines with a positive and responsible attitude

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in events and exhibition design is advantageous
