Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or a commercial kitchen. Experience with traditional Chinese confectionery or fruit processing is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of food safety regulations and production workflows.
Languages: Fluent in English. Ability to speak Mandarin is highly preferred to communicate effectively with the production team and suppliers.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced factory environment.
