Salary: $3,800 – $6,000/month

Working Hours

• 5.5-Day Work Week (42 Hours Per Week)

• Rotating Shifts:

• 8.30am – 5.00pm

• 10.30am – 7.00pm

• Rotational Saturday duties

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and dispense medications accurately in accordance with professional standards

• Provide medication counselling and pharmaceutical care to patients

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

• Monitor medication safety, appropriateness, and compliance

• Participate in medication reconciliation and clinical pharmacy initiatives

• Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Support quality improvement projects and pharmacy operations

• Contribute to patient education and health promotion activities
