Warehouse Assistant

Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting a Warehouse Assistant on behalf of our Multinational Biopharmaceutical Client based in Tuas, Singapore on an initial 12 Month contract with potential to extend.

This position is responsible for all physical and system activities involving materials movement, inventory transactions and documentation between the warehouse, production staging and shipping areas. One key aspect of the role is to manage and control materials with different storage and shipping conditions and handling procedures, such as Cold Chain, Dangerous Goods, Ambient, Chill and Frozen temperature condition. Warehouse is the first control point of materials flow into the plant. Physical and documentation checks must be in-place to ensure the quality, GMP and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, ITE or an equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and computer literacy skills.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in GMP warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Able to adapt to changing work schedules and hours including overtime when required.
• Possessing a valid forklift license and able to operate Reach Truck and VNA will be an advantage.
