Officer, Parts (Gul Way)

Join our dynamic Customer Service Centre as a Parts Officer, where you will enhance operational efficiency by providing essential administrative and logistical support in our parts store.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical support to facilitate smooth operations within the parts store.

• Collaborate with the service team to address their requirements effectively.

• Handle parts ordering for items not in stock and keep the service team informed of delivery details.

• Conduct daily/weekly stock checks to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Check, receive, and inspect delivered items for accuracy and quality.

• Verify parts against invoices, purchase orders, or requisitions to ensure precision.

• Issue and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the parts store through daily housekeeping.

• Adhere to safety and security protocols when handling parts.

• Perform administrative tasks to support supervisors.

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics management or an equivalent field.

• An automotive-related background is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess strong numerical accuracy.

• Basic command of English, both verbally and in writing.

• Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.

• Demonstrated ability as a strong team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
