Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), including work item management, queries, and dashboards. This is a key requirement.
Good understanding of BPMN modelling standards and business process documentation.
Hands-on experience with data cleansing and reconciliation using Power Query, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business problems, analyse data, and present clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation.
