Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high culinary standards
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation, quality, and presentation
  • Monitor inventory, food safety, and kitchen hygiene
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during service

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Experience within professional restaurant environments
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
