We're launching a new premium Japanese grab-and-go concept in Singapore and are looking for our Founding Operations Lead to join us from the very beginning.

You'll work directly with the founder to help build the business, establish operational standards and shape the culture of the team. This role is part of our Store Manager Track offering high-performing team members the opportunity to grow into a Store Manager position as the business expands. If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example and building something from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.

Start date: Early September 2026

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure efficient, smooth service delivery and operational readiness
• Prepare and serve food according to established standards to maintain consistent quality
• Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Guide and support team members during daily operations to foster teamwork and improve performance
• Execute opening and closing procedures accurately to ensure security and operational readiness
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies to maintain optimal availability
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards to comply with regulations and protect customer health
• Identify and implement continuous operational improvements to increase efficiency and support business growth

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience in food and beverage, retail, or hospitality industries
• Supervisory or team leadership experience
• Food Safety Level 1 certification or willingness to obtain it after joining
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
• Confident communication skills in English
