Civil Engineer

Job Summary

Oversee site engineering activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of construction projects by coordinating teams, resolving technical issues, and managing resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise engineers and foremen to ensure adherence to quality procedures and workmanship standards
• Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of subcontractors’ work to maintain project standards
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical challenges by collaborating with the technical team
• Prepare detailed method statements and work instructions to guide construction activities
• Coordinate site operations with SWC, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
