CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

1. Project Planning & Coordination

Plan, organize, and coordinate all interior design activities to ensure projects are completed according to schedule and specifications.

2. Site Supervision

Oversee daily site operations, monitor work progress, and ensure all interior design activities meet quality standards.

3. Health, Safety & Compliance

Enforce workplace safety regulations, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements.

4. Budget & Cost Control

Monitor project budgets, control interior design costs, approve expenditures, and minimize wastage while maintaining quality.

5. Contractor & Subcontractor Management

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely and satisfactory project execution.

6. Quality Assurance & Inspection

Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, building codes, and client requirements through regular inspections.

7. Schedule Management

Prepare and monitor project schedules, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.

8. Material & Resource Management

Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and material procurement to ensure resources are available when required.

9. Client & Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and government authorities, providing regular project updates and resolving issues promptly.

10. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate project records, including daily site reports, progress reports, variation orders, inspection records, and project documentation for management and client review.

11. Shift Work Availability

Willing to work on a shift basis, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as required by project operations.

12. Driving & Worker Transportation

Possess a valid driving licence and willing to drive company vehicles for the transportation of workers, materials, and other operational requirements when assigned.
