Operations Driver

Full-Time | Singapore | Evening Shift (hours to be discussed with manager)

About ISLURP

ISLURP operates a network of fresh apple juice vending machines across Singapore. Our machines press real Fuji apples on demand — no additives, no preservatives. We're growing fast and looking for a reliable, hardworking driver and machine operator to join our operations team.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will be the face of ISLURP's field operations — keeping machines clean, stocked, and running.

Role Overview

70% — Van Driving & Machine Servicing

30% — Kitchen: Juicer Cleaning & Apple Washing

• Drive the company van across machine locations island-wide

• Replenish fresh Fuji apples at each machine

• Clean machines on-site: wipe down exteriors, sanitise contact surfaces

• Perform basic troubleshooting and report faults promptly via WhatsApp

• Load and unload apple boxes from van (physical lifting required)

• Deep-clean juicer components at the warehouse/kitchen

• Wash, sort, and prepare fresh Fuji apples for loading

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Complete juicer cleaning within target time windows

Physical Requirements — Please Read Carefully

This role involves regular physical work. You must be comfortable with all of the following:

• Lifting and carrying apple crates and boxes (each box ~10–15 kg) in and out of the van throughout the shift

• Standing for extended periods while cleaning machines on-site

• Working independently — there is no co-driver or assistant. You will operate solo on all routes

• Driving a company van across Singapore, often during evening hours

• Maintaining a fast, systematic cleaning routine under time pressure

Working Hours

This is a full-time evening-shift role. Specific shift timings will be discussed and confirmed with your manager before you start. Please note:

• You will be required to work one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday — to be agreed with your manager)

• Exact hours and schedule are flexible and will be set based on operational needs

• Overtime or schedule adjustments may be required occasionally during busy periods

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary

S$2,400 / month

Paid monthly via GIRO. Subject to CPF deductions.

Performance Bonus

Up to S$300 / month based on machines serviced, cleaning quality, and juicer/apple wash speed. See bonus structure below.

Employer CPF Contribution

17% of base salary(~S$408 / month), Employer contributes 17% CPF on top of salary for employees below age 55 (pro-rated per statutory age bracket for older workers). This is in addition to your take-home pay.

Annual Bonus - Discretionary

Subject to company and individual performance. Assessed annually.

Salary Review After 12 months

Increment eligibility reviewed after first 12 months based on performance, attendance, and quality of work.

Monthly Performance Bonus — How It Works

Your monthly bonus of up to S$300 is assessed across three equally weighted factors:

• Machine Output: Volume of machines serviced, cleaned, and replenished during the month —

• Servicing Quality: Cleanliness, sanitisation standard, and absence of complaints or quality failures —

• Speed & Efficiency: Average time taken per juicer cleaning and per apple washing cycle —

Bonus payments will be computed monthly and paid together with your base salary the following month. Your manager will share your performance scores transparently.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving license — mandatory

• Clean driving record with no major violations

• Physically fit and able to handle repeated lifting of apple boxes throughout a shift

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without supervision

• Basic smartphone proficiency — you will use WhatsApp and a reporting app to log machine status

• Prior experience in logistics, F&B operations, or field servicing is an advantage but not required

• Must be comfortable with evening shifts and working on one weekend day per week

• Good attitude and willingness to learn — full training on machine cleaning and operations will be provided
