Job Summary

Join our corporate travel management team to support client onboarding, manage travel arrangements, and drive client growth through strategic relationship management and program optimization.

Responsibilities

• Source air and land travel arrangements for meeting and incentive (M&I) groups to meet client requirements
• Collaborate with sales teams to onboard and implement new corporate clients effectively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to resolve issues, enhance retention, and support business growth
• Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within client organizations to expand service adoption
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to optimize travel programs and add value

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated success in client management and handling M&I groups within the corporate travel space
• Experience in travel, hospitality, business, or IT services industries
• Diploma or degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approach
