Project Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee facilities management, ensure ISO compliance, handle permit applications, and manage maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, a keen eye for quality, and experience in compliance and project coordination. Key Responsibilities

1. Facilities Management:

   • Oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with company standards.

   • Liaise with service providers and vendors for maintenance and repair works.

2. Permit Applications:

   • Manage the application process for necessary permits, ensuring compliance with government and landlord regulations.

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permits and licenses.

3. ISO Compliance:

   • Ensure all processes adhere to ISO standards through regular audits and inspections.

   • Update and implement ISO policies and procedures as required.

4. Project Management:

   • Plan, execute, and oversee small-scale projects / maintenance works from start to finish.

   • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, compliance, or project management. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the field and a positive attitude will also be considered.

• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance processes is beneficial.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
