Sales Executive (Maid Agency)

Job Summary

Join our employment agency team providing domestic helpers in Singapore. You will manage sales and recruitment processes, coordinate client-helper matches, handle Work Permit transactions, and deliver excellent client and helper support with flexible hours and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process to achieve successful client engagements and sales closures
• Generate and qualify leads to expand client base and recruitment opportunities
• Respond promptly to enquiries and close sales to meet business targets
• Match client requirements with suitable helper profiles and shortlist candidates effectively
• Schedule and conduct interviews between clients and helpers to facilitate successful placements
• Prepare and issue all necessary documentation and agreements accurately and timely
• Generate invoices and issue receipts to ensure proper financial record-keeping
• Perform all Work Permit transactions with MOM, acting as the primary contact for recruitment matters
• Provide after-sales follow-up and ongoing support to clients and helpers to ensure satisfaction
• Mediate between helpers and employers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid EA personnel certificate with CEI license as mandated for employment agency personnel
